Rick Arteaga – President
Rick is the General Contractor of record for R·E West Builders, Inc. and has more than 25 years of direct construction experience. In his career, Rick has been responsible for managing multi-million dollar construction projects spanning the country. Our current job portfolio is a direct result of the reputation Rick has developed. His dedication to client satisfaction has led to successful projects that are completed on schedule and within budget. Rick is an active member in the building community as a part of the Construction Specification Institute (CSI), North Bay Builder's Exchange, and the Associated Builders and Contractors Golden Gate Chapter.
Jesse DeBaca – Senior Project Manager
As Senior Project Manager, Jesse is responsible for the successful completion of all projects pursued by R·E West Builders, Inc. Jesse joined our team with more than 12 years of experience in the construction industry. As a part of his previous company, Jesse coordinated all facets of construction, consultants, and sub-contractors resulting in the completion of over a dozen planned communities. Jesse’s knowledge and unwavering dedication to detail ensures that our clientele receive a quality product at a competitive price.
Patrick Granzotto - General Superintendent
As General Superintendent, Patrick is responsible for all on-site supervision of projects. With over 29 years of construction experience, Patrick holds an encyclopedia of knowledge of construction techniques and methods. Patrick began his career as a carpenter, and now holds a General Contractor license and SWPP certification. As R·E West Builders, Inc. grows, Patrick is committed to surrounding himself with a crew that shares his devotion to quality. Patrick’s excitement towards projects motivates all those around him, including our valued clients.
