Benefits
Holidays
All regular full time employees who have completed one full year of employment will receive eight (8) hours paid holiday time at their normal hourly rate for the following holidays:
New Years Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day
In order to be eligible for holiday benefits, an employee must work the last scheduled workday before and the first scheduled workday after the holiday.
Vacation Benefits
All regular full-time employees receive the following vacation days up to:
40 hours after the first full year of employment
80 hours after the second full year of employment
With a maximum accrual of 120 hours
Medical Insurance
RE West Builders provides medical insurance for all full-time field employees after (1) year of full employment, and ninety (90) days for all full-time management and office employees. Medical care is provided by Kaiser Permanente. RE West Builders pays 100% of the employee’s premium. Coverage of an employee’s family is available at the employee’s expense.
Dental Insurance
RE West Builders provides dental insurance for all full-time field employees after (1) year of full employment, and ninety (90) days for all full-time management and office employees. Dental care is provided by Kaiser Permanente. RE West Builders pays 100% of the employee’s premium. Coverage of an employee’s family is available at the employee’s expense.
Life Insurance
Each employee is covered by an accidental injury, death or dismemberment insurance policy after 6 months of employment. These benefits are offered through AFLAC. Additional coverage for family members is available at employee’s expense.
Profit Sharing
You must be a minimum of 21 years of age. You must have been credited of at least 1000 hours of service during the first year of service (Fiscal Year).
